On Hardy Alpha 4 there is a tooltip over the workspace switcher which
lets you know what the keyboard shortcuts are. The problem is that we
ship 2 virtual desktops horizontally so having "Goto upper workspace"
and "Goto lower workspace" is unnecessary unless the user has actually
configured their workspaces to have desktops above and below each other.
