Hi

I have my Gnome login setup to automatically Ekiga when I login.
Sometimes it never starts though, and if I try to start it myself it won't
start.
I have to log out and in again to start Ekiga.

I attach an strace (is that enough) of when I try to start it myself.

However, I just noticed there is another [failed/broken] Ekiga process running
after login, so I killed that.
Now I CAN start EKiga OK.
So why did the _first_ Ekiga fail to do anything and yet its process stayed
hanging around?
