When you try to seek a video using the mouse roller while the video is
not playing in full screen, Totem crashing with the following output:-

assertion failed: (fs->is_fullscreen != FALSE)
Aborted (core dumped)
If you try and drag the slider along both in Fullscreen Mode and Normal
mode or try to seek using the mouse roller while in Fullscreen Mode,
none of this happens.
