Comment: Attached. I didn't touch it though, I only selected French keyboard when installing Dapper, and that's about it. Also, I noticed sometihng interesting (which might rule X out): I created a new user, to get a "fresh" starting point. And noticed that Control+ F6/F7/F8 DO work, but not Control+F12.
