Public bug reported: Binary package hint: totem
restricted plugins message shows a button, the link for which is incorrect. It seems like a simple repeatable bug. For e.g. instead of http://ubuntu.com/restrictedplugins/ the button instead opens up the default browser (in my case firefox) with this link: file:///home/robins/'http://ubuntu.com/restrictedplugins/' It seems somehow the user's home folder is prepended to the restricted page URL.
