1. type this on a terminal : sudo cp /etc/environment /etc/environment.bak 2. type this on a terminal : sudo nano /etc/environment 3. Remove the line that starts with "LANGUAGE=" 4. Type CTRL + X to quit and Y to save 5. Reboot your computer and see if the problem is solved.
