I experience the same bug in RB 0.11.2, even after reinstalling and dpkg-reconfiguring the package.
This is also an interesting thing, because I noticed that in version 0.9.3, then it was corrected in 0.9.6 (not sure about the numbers though). Then, I see, it reappeared in 0.11.0, fixed again in 0.11.1 and now yet resurrected in 0.11.2.
