Public bug reported: Binary package hint: rhythmbox
i have a problem with a new 8gb ipod nano (the one with a bigger screen). i plug it into my pc and rhythmbox starts playing it and everything is ok, but when i unplug it and try to play songs on ipod, ipod don't see them, but shows their memory usage. then i have to restore previous firmware to make it work again. i think that new ipod uses another 'place' for storing songs and rhythmbox transfers them to the old place (like on older ipods) and i think thats the problem :D ProblemType: Bug Architecture: amd64 Date: Sat Dec 1 11:49:39 2007 DistroRelease: Ubuntu 7.10 ExecutablePath: /usr/bin/rhythmbox NonfreeKernelModules: nvidia Package: rhythmbox 0.11.2-0ubuntu4 PackageArchitecture: amd64 ProcCmdline: rhythmbox ProcCwd: /home/dick ProcEnviron: PATH=/usr/local/sbin:/usr/local/bin:/usr/sbin:/usr/bin:/sbin:/bin:/usr/games LANG=en_US.UTF-8 SHELL=/bin/bash SourcePackage: rhythmbox Uname: Linux dick-desktop 2.6.22-14-generic #1 SMP Sun Oct 14 21:45:15 GMT 2007 x86_64 GNU/Linux ** Affects: rhythmbox (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New ** Tags: apport-bug -- new ipod nano problems https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/173215 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for rhythmbox in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
