Ok, now I understand. Sorry Sebastien, it was my fault. When you told me about -dbgsym packet I thought you were referring to evince-dbg one (present in Ubuntu repositories), so I misunderstand all thing.
In ddeb repositories there are -dbgsym package for all packet (including libcairo2 end libfreetype6) and evince-dbgsym replace evince-dbg (that I initially used). Here you have complete backtrace.
