This bug was in Ubuntu 5.10 for the totem-gstreamer package 1.2.0-0ubuntu3.
Since submitting this bug an update for the totem-gstreamer package has been
released: 1.2.0-0ubuntu3.1.
This update seems to have corrected this particular problem. I no longer
receive a seg fault when leaving a webpage that contains embedded video content.
