That's different. If I press the power button only once, I have to click Cancel only once. But if I press the power button for example five times, I have to click Cancel five times to make it disappear. This is of course not something that comes up very often (why would you press the power button more than once?), but I think it would be a good idea anyway for the logout dialog to check if it's already running before it opens. There is no need for multiple dialogs to be open.
