I have an Inspiron 1501, 2gb of ram, 1.9ghz processor. I am dual booting
vista and 7.10 Ubuntu. I had 7.04 but had a unsolvable problem with my
system and had to reload everything, so i figured I'll give 7.10 a
chance. When I start my computer it goes to the OS choice menu I
obviously choose Ubuntu then the screen goes black for about 3 minutes
without showing anything, then it goes straight into Ubuntu login
screen. I never had this problem with 7.04, so it cant be normal, and me
being new to Ubuntu I haven't got the slightest on how to fix this, if
anyone has any ideas please don't hesitate to spit them out. thx
