I installed the OS twice and in a fresh install, even after several reboots, my boot time between the grub menu and the login screen lasts 56sec. (!!!) My specs: - ACER 5051 - AMD Turion 64 2000+ 1.5 Gb RAM (-128Mb video card) ATI X1100 bcm4318 This is a fairly recent computer! I hope you guys can check what's happening here...
