Public bug reported: Binary package hint: gnome-control-center
When I try to change an existing theme (eg border or icons) a new theme is created and I can use the SaveAs button to save it under a new name, but if I only change the mouse pointer no theme is created and the SaveAs button is deactivated. When I try to change icons and mouse pointer, not the selected pointer or the original theme pointer is stored in the theme. The stored pointer is the one i had when starting gnome-appearance-properties. The problem seem to me specific to gutsy because a theme that I created under feisty has the right pointer. Another effect is: When I first change the pointer and then the icons, then the pointer is changed with the icons (back to the pointer when starting gnome-appearance-properties). ** Affects: gnome-control-center (Ubuntu) Importance: Undecided Status: New -- Unable to change mouse pointer in gnome-appearance-properties https://bugs.launchpad.net/bugs/150475 You received this bug notification because you are a member of Ubuntu Desktop Bugs, which is a bug contact for gnome-control-center in ubuntu. -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
