confirmed here... did a clean install of gutsy from tribe 5 cd, did all updates and now the window manager behaves completely messed up. no problems yet with firefox, but terminal multiple screens wide, so i tried to completely remove and reinstall it. now i got a "normal" window size, but the input is not readable, font size seems to be very small and not changeable. font color is white. tried to add a new profile, same behaviour. strange behaviour applies to multiple programs, such as the appearance-settings (which sometimes starts, sometimes crashes without a trace in /var/log/messages).
