The 5th tab 'Desktop Effects' that the ubuntu patch adds has a few HIG problems:
- the radio button group isn't indented 12px from the bold header
- the radio buttons have no spacing between them (should have: 6px vertical
spacing)
- the radio buttons have no keyboard mnemonics
