Public bug reported:
The "evolution-alarm-notify" applet doesn't give alarm, but if I manually open
evolution.
After I manually run evolution immediately pop-up the mail icon in the
notification area, and the bubble "... new mail ..."
I gues the evolution don't download the mails from mailboxes, just then I
running it manually.
