I have a similar bug but different traceback:

TypeError: iter should be a GtkTreeIter
Different file, different line number. Not sure if this is relevant, or needs
to be filed seperately?
This only happens when I first start the computer.
Steps for reproduction
Try to launch an app or do a beagle search from deskbar-applet after starting
the computer. Doesn't repeat itself after log out/log in.
