The problem is with epiphany-extensions, disabling all of them or
uninstalling the package solves the problem. I have not been able to
find out which specific extension causes the problem.

Daengbo, does removing or disabling epiphany-extensions help you?

If yes, then this bug can be marked as confirmed and moved to epiphany-
extensions package.
