I removed all gstreamer configurations from ~/.gconf/system and killed gconfd. It helped. I don't now yet, if I lost anything I'm going to miss. I hope not. :-) Maybe some one who is still experiencing the problem could post the configuration files, so developers could then try to reproduce and fix the problem.
