Dragging windows between workspaces on the workspace switcher applet should
work with compiz Cube like it does with Gnome's workspace switcher.
Reproduce:
1. Turn on desktop effects, workspaces on a cube
2. Try to drag a window from one workspace to another on the workspace switcher
applet on the panel.
3. Observe that nothing happens
