Comment: I see the same problem on a clean install of Breezy. The inbox is not only missing from the folder list (whether or not I am overriding the name-space), but also from the subscription list, so I can't change it's subscription status. As a workaround I created a symbolic link to my inbox in the directory containing the rest of my folders, and set evolution to check for new messages in all folders.
