Comment: This has happened to a couple of machines that I've seen. Reboots didn't fix it. OpenOffice menus get pretty messed up on some boxes, too - the menus are all transparent, which can cause issues. Works for me, and looks good, although the icon theme is messed up (will only show Tango folders, not Dapper folders).
