- allow watches library to be in non-local places
- give better error messages for missing gstreamer
- emit normal warnings instead of critical ones
- fix crasher if gstreamer gives us NULL strings
- use network dyte order for DAAP content codes
- fix the first-run druid and generic player support
* Sync with Debian
* debian/control.in:
- Build-Depends on liblaunchpad-integration-dev
- Recommends only gstreamer0.10-plugins-ugly
- updated the libnotify requirement

- lpi patches.
* debian/patches/06_oggradios.patch:
- use ogg stations for the default list.
