Comment: Thank you for your efforts but the backtrace is still not a debug one. Could you install libgnomevfs2-0-dbg to get a debug version of the first function? A debug backtrace would have the source file/number of lines/arguments for the function. What does "file /usr/lib/evolution/2.6/plugins/liborg-gnome-publish-calendar.so" say, "stripped"? If you still have your build dir you can copy by hand with sudo the file directly from evolution-2.5.5.1/plugins/publish- calendar/.libs/liborg-gnome-publish-calendar.so to /usr/lib instead of bothering rebuilding a package -- desktop-bugs mailing list desktop-bugs@lists.ubuntu.com https://lists.ubuntu.com/mailman/listinfo/desktop-bugs
