Comment: Humm... Basically this is a problem generated by the size of your panel. Explanation: Default icons are in png format, and there's some default sizes generated. With clearlooks default theme, panel has a size of 24 pixels (if I remember well). With Human theme,panel has a size of 25 pixels. In this way icons are resized and look less sharper.
