FIVETEN-SRC should not be used if your mail server blocks mail on a yes response from an RBL, this is what is meant from DNSStuff because Declude uses a weighting system, RBL's like this can be used, I would suggest with a very low weight however. The default for FIVETEN-SCR used to be 7 but they began listing large blocks of IP's I would suggest a weight of no more than 2 or 3 if you wanted to continue to use them.
