As of right now I have not seen one wmf or emf come though any of the
servers I maintain. Although I have to be honest I am not too worried
(famous last words) about the email vector exploit of this since McAfee and
F-Prot has a dat to detect them.
What does have me concerned is this

The key thing out of the article was this
"You go to any site that is using rotational popups from a third party ad
network that is spawning Exfol popups, you get exploited," the posting
continued.
