There  are  quite  a few commercial IIS SMTP integrations that include
recipient   validation.   I  use  ORF  myself.  But  if  you  read  my
introductory post, you will see that 5XXSINK is (a) free and (b) not a
competitor  to  these products, as it expects that a robust anti-abuse
solution exists behind the MX.

Even  if  you  are  running  a  commercial  package and have plenty of
headroom  on  that  single box, what do you do if you want to set up a
secondary  store-and-forward  box?  Buy  another  full license? What a
waste.  All you need to do is make sure no completely unnecessary mail
is scanned. And 5XXSINK makes that happen.
