As far as I am concerned, it is not my job to filter out other ISP's spam.  Over the last year or so the tide has turned on C/R, and despite places like Earthlink becoming more responsible with filtering before challenging, they still produce a fair deal of backscatter and there are many other systems that produce a lot more, and they will never be perfectly administrated. So while some Declude users might want this, many of us, and probably most of us, would prefer that this not be offered. BTW, Kami has had repeated issues with C/R stopping his receipts.  I'm not totally sure of the details there.
