Hm, What am I missing - it's stating "Via Ticket System" (and I've seen others refer to ticket numbers) but WHERE on that page does it let me open a ticket.
The only thing that I see is email to [EMAIL PROTECTED] - but that doesn't respond with a ticket (at least not when I had used it earlier this week?)
