Nope, not as currently implemented.

You  can  use  multiple sets of -lt and -ht switches to create similar
behavior,  possibly including negative weights and TESTSFAILED filters
to  strike  a  balance.  (Of course, multiple test definitions do mean
that SPAMC32 will run multiple times).

While  I  added  the  -e  switch  based  on  user request, it isn't my
personal  preference. With so many SA test definitions available, many
with  fractional  weights, I find it more useful to have a -lt and -ht
(WEIGHTRANGE-type)  definition  where  the  assigned  weight  is  thus
limited in the Declude test definition.

Come  to think of it, though, I think I will add this in just for you.
