Maybe a way to solve this would be to have two (or more) spamdomains tests. One test would be like the spamdomains test most people already have and the second test could be a strictly "phish" spamdomains test. The phish spamdomains test (like the one Dan posted) could be weighted much higher than the regular spamdomains test. Due to the limited entries in the phish test, we wouldn't have to worry about all the false positives normally associated with the spamdomains test.
