Good catch I think I will wait a day or two before downloading.
FYI, there isn't any problem with the download -- it's just the link to it, so you may have re-downloaded 1.80 instead of downloading 1.81. If you type "\IMail\Declude -diag" and see v1.81, you have the new 1.81.
