1. Any plans to add an exact matching ability to the filter tests?
ie. - body 1 containsexact Testing This
which wouldn't catch the phrase "testing this" in a message.
Do you mean a case sensitive match (so "Test" would match "Test" or "Testing", but not "test" or "testing")? That is something that we are looking into, but it is not a high priority right now.
2. If a message body had
Attention Sir, I am Steve ....
would the filter line
body 1 contains ,I am Steve
be a match?
No. But, depending on exactly how the E-mail was formatted (text vs. HTML, how many CRs/LFs/spaces are used, etc.), you can use "BODY 1 CONTAINS , I am Steve" (with a space after the comma).
3. Any plans to add a "mailto" type variable to filters?
ie. - mailfrom 1 is mailto
I know some mailing lists do this but so do a lot of spammers. Weighted properly this could help push some spam over the delete/hold weight.
I'll have to check that out -- thought that was already in there, but I'll need to check on it.
