Over the last week:

MTLDB-ALL catches 82.4% SPAM, 17.6% NotSpam
MTLDB-LAST catches 83.3% spam, 16.7% Not Spam

I give MTLDB-ALL 1 weight and MTLDB-LAST 4 weight

Subject Tag at 100, Hold at 200, Delete at 300 weight

Maybe it works bether for mailservers processing primarily american
messages. 
I don't know since there is no additional information about this test and
the sources of the listed IP's.
