In any case it would be very usefull to know what's going on and what's
planned. 

There are several people on this list working hard to improve the own
configuration and share the knowledge and observations. The same people has
made numerous suggestions but all we can hear is "it was added to the
suggestion database" or "we will add this in the future"

For sure not all suggestions are usefull for a large number of customers and
so it can't be implemented in the near future. But there was several
suggestions that a.) shouldn't be so hard to implement and b.) should help a
lot for our daily work

The new owners has made a survey. 
Then we've seen the anouncement of a new test without any tecnical
information behind. Our own observations and measurements are showing a very
poor reliability for this test. Completely different from what it was
announced.

No other news or information, expect the step by step improved website.

Or you're working for some few really large customers and the rest of us is
welcome to pay service agreements or I can't imagine what's going on here.


Again: I really hope that things will going forward. But the current
situation is completely different then 2 or 3 years ago.

I hope you can understand my spelling and my (our!) situation
