OK, I was not aware of that. I thought you had a test set up to block E-mail with a weight of 35 or higher.
I will send you the global & default off list if you want.
The debug mode would be useful here (changing the "LOGLEVEL LOW" line in \IMail\Declude\global.cfg to "LOGLEVEL DEBUG" until an E-mail arrives that is not handled as expectede). You can then send us the \IMail\spool\dec####.log file (as an attachment, NOT sent from web messaging), and we can take a look at it to see what is happening.
