My best guess would be that it appears that something is stealing messages from Declude while they are being processed, and this is most likely a real-time virus scanner that is looking over your spool. You need to make sure that real-time virus scanners aren't set to scan your E-mail directories including the spool and users. It's also possible that IMail stole the message, but less likely.
Regarding the postmaster bounce, your server doesn't typically create postmaster notifications for senders coming from other servers. It is typically the sending server that handles the notification back to their user, though it will often quote the SMTP response from your server that was given during the session. You can most likely check your IMail log and find the error that was given to the sending server.

Anyone know what the error below means? I have a client who was not able to get the message from a legit source and imail sent a postmaster response back to the sender but I don't know how to look and see what the response was.
