We're adding some X-Note lines in the mail-header If the message reaches at least 75% of our hold weight, we're marking also the subject line (which was not the case for this messages.) Beside this SUBJECT action we're using only WARN and WEIGHT actions. No HEADER, FOOTER or anything else. I'll try to send this signed message trough another mailserver, and see if the problem is solved or remain the same.
