ok, great. Unfortunately this is mainly from a Pitney-Bowes fax machine,
and I can't correct how they send the emails. :-)

We have some fax machines which are capable of sending emails.
Unfortunately they fail most of the header tests. So I want to whitelist
these devices by their IP address.
While it is best to fix the problem (so the E-mail doesn't get caught as
spam elsewhere), whitelisting your IPs is safe (just so long as you are
not whitelisting IPs that relay mail from other sources, such as a gateway
mailserver).
