Chuck,
You edit the spamattach.eml file and then you can use all the variables
available to you. I use
Subject: ***[SPAM]***[%WEIGHT%]***%SUBJECT%
But you could add %MAILFROM% in there as below.
Subject: You have spam from %MAILFROM%
Personally I like a static start of the subject line so that I can tell
users to create a rule to move it to a separate folder in their e-mail
system.
