I think I already know the answer (client) but can anyone give me a
specific answer as to why this message fails SPAMHEADERS?

Without the code that Declude JunkMail creates (in the X-RBL-Warning: header, or the log file), it's hard to say for certain. But I'm guessing the fact that it was sent without a Message_ID: header and has unnecessary spaces in several headers is causing the problem. It they upgrade their "Express Plus" program, it will probably fix the problem.
