I received an e-mail (spam) that had the header information within the
e-mail text! When I looked for the header info.... it was blank.

Has anyone else ever seen anything like this? Any ideas as to what this
could mean?

Does it have a very short Message-ID: header that looks something like "Message-ID: <WE20" (the latest interim release will handle these malformed E-mails better)?

It shouldn't be possible for there to be *no* headers at all (at the very least, IMail should have a Received: header, even if something causes most of the headers to appear in the body of the E-mail).
