Does anyone know of a way to block all e-mails with a character set of GB2312 with Declude Junkmail?
It will automatically be blocked if you use the NONENGLISH test.
While it would be possible with current releases to have a filter that would catch it, the latest interim does subject decoding, which would prevent Declude from seeing the encoded subject.
