[Declude.JunkMail] Declude JunkMail Pro 1.77i7+ filter collection posted

Because it will probably be some time before a full release of JunkMail 
Pro is out with the full support for new filtering capabilities, and 
problems associated with needing to monitor this list for updates since 
I won't advertise the availability on my site until the full release is 
out, I decided to just dump the latest versions of each filter into one 
directory which is browsable.  So for the time being, if you are using 
Declude JunkMail Pro 1.77i7 or higher, the latest versions can be found 
at the following location:

   http://www.mailpure.com/software/decludefilters/beta/

This list now includes for the first time a more formal release of 
DYNAMIC.  Also contained are updates to many other filters, though most 
of the changes are minor.  There are a total of 12 filters/filter 
collections now shared:

   DYNAMIC
   FOREIGN/TLD

   GIBBERISHSUB

I'm going to remove the beta filters from the old locations, and only 
the latest version of each filter will be shared in this location.
