Scott, I notice on the ip4r site that you removed Intruders yesterday. You state that it died, but since midnight I have 4365 hits against Intruders, and growing. Just curious as to why you think it has died?
We have received many complaints about that test, because it is extremely poorly run (it lists IPs that should not be listed per their listing criteria). While that isn't sufficient to move it to the "dead" section, their web page at http://www.docs.uu.se/intruders now says "This is a local blacklist only meant for our departments use. Furthermore it is not currently in use. All requests to be removed will therefore be ignored." It sounds like they never intended for it to be used by the general public.
