I decided to test the Habeas Infringers ip4r test to see if it was working, and in 10 minutes the test has flagged 8 messages. Here is the entry I am using:
HABEAS-INFRIGER ip4r hil.habeas.com * 5 0 It looks like a good way to offset the weight reduction Habeas test by making the positive weight for the infringer test greater then the negative weight for the normal Habeas test.
