This shows that the message with a weight of 58 correctly failed all 6 of
your weight tests. This is because 58 is greater than all of those, hence it
fails all.

What you actually what to do is change your weight tests from weight to
weightrange.

Something like this:

WEIGHTRANGE10-14        weightrange     x               x               10
14
WEIGHTRANGE15-19        weightrange     x               x               15
19
WEIGHTRANGE20-24        weightrange     x               x               20
24
WEIGHTRANGE25-34        weightrange     x               x               25
34
WEIGHTRANGE35-49        weightrange     x               x               35
49
WEIGHT50                weight  x               x               50      0

Then, a message will only take one action.
