In the past month I've had a
lot of calls from users who say their .doc and .pdf attachments are not
getting delivered.

The first question: Are all .doc/.pif files disappearing, or just some? If all, the first thing to check is the BANEXT option in Declude Virus (in the \IMail\Declude\virus.cfg file).


Otherwise, your best option is to follow the E-mail through the IMail SMTPD log file entries, the Declude log files entries, and then the IMail SMTP or SMTP- log file entries. Somewhere along the way, you'll find out what happened to the E-mail.
